You'll get a good sense of how to play it, but one thing that a lot of people don't realise is, that they are two very different instruments, and are played very different. But chances are, you'll at least have the basic idea down. :)

Actually, I play bass, guitar and keyboard. bass is the most fun for me. When I write my own music, I don't put lame basslines in my songs. There is a difference between playing root notes, and playing bass.

nice cover man, and i read the description and i know what you mean, when i play bass (and particulary this song) it's really hard to stay in the same place. and usually singing the chorus kind of helps me cause usually by 2:50 im almost worn out but then the chorus comes in and that gives me a 2nd push to finish the song.
