  • @Soksabai79 If it's on an hankefchief it's yan but not sak yant. wondering about where to find adjar who still do the yant tattoos.

  • @slimturnpike - Yeah they called handkerchiefs Yant.

You can ask Khmer soldiers they can tell you especially Khmer soldiers at Preah Vihear.

There is also a tattoo shop in Sihanouk Ville but not sure if they make Sak Yant Tattoo.

  • I also like 3:15

  • I want the 1:55 Yant!

  • I can't help but be intrigued by the shapes and symmetry. 3:27 is like half of the multiplication table. I don't know how to read Khmer, but I do realize the squares going in diagonals have the same characters.

  • i can't wait to get one when i'm 18.

  • man we gotta to respect our culter living here in united states keep our tradition and teach it to our kids and if ya'll do have some on ya keep it to yourself Khmer and Laos stand up

  • if u all want some ancient power to protect u all..

  • wats the one on 1:55 mean cuz my brothers got that one?

  • That one was called Yant Mohaniyum. It literally means "Great Popularity". People believe that Yant will help increase your popularity.

  • Isnt It Bad Luck If U Get The Sak Yant Tattoo Done By Someone Whos Not a Master or a Monk?

Do You Need a Special Invitation to Get Those Tattoos Because I Really Want A Sak Tank Tattoo For My Protection

  • No. but it wont work for ur protection unless given to u by da master himself

  • YES...most ppl dont noe if u break one rule of the tat...then a curse will be upon u

my dad was once a monk and told me ppl go insane gettin these tatttoos

  • ive talked to a lot of khmer citizens while i was cambodia for a year and pretty much everything ancient even the culture in thailand was all from cambodia...we needs to get all that shit back..oh yeah muay thai is origianlly khmer too..im tired of the thai people getting all the damn credit for all our peoples treasures and culture

  • @decepzionjames12 are you sure it was not originally indian brought over by the kamboja princes. modt asian martials arts are traced back to india

  • Khmer Sak Yant is also very popular in Thailand, check it on Sak Yant Website in Thailand, it also gives the credit to ancient Khmer who invented it.

Moreover, the monks who do this kind of tattoo in Thailand are all from Cambodia.

  • I have a Khmer Yant Handkerchief made by Lok Ta Acha named Ouk at his house in Kompong Speu. His house has Baisei 18 steps so big and high.

My Khmer Yant is so simple "Chhneah Mea Sotrov " means "Win my enemies" LOL!
