  • You seem so well spoken and normal. Then I watch your workouts videos and you seem seriously hardcore! I love it!

  • is this good for balancing my stronger/tighter lower back muscles?

    I tend to get back pain because my back is so much stronger.

  • Oh yes, the side plank / row....its tough, but really gets the core working hard! First time I tried this with Charlotte, I could barely hold myself up let alone row the bell, but now, I can do both :-)
