@raffa0001 I have a dog that is barking and he is making my neighbor mad. I have 3 other dog and have been able 2 teach them 2 stop barking, But not him. I'm going 2 try this. Its better than giving him to a shelter where it might B destroyed or 2 someone else who might put a shock coller on him. I figure the dogs barking is annoying my neighbor so I will annoy the dog into silence. other wise I will have an mad neighbor and maybe a big fat fine. unfortunatly the other dogs will get blasted 2.
Yeh okay, here's my problem with this, why a cartoon? Id it works why not show it really being effective with a barking dog. I am looking for something to stop my redneck neighbors dogs from barking. If I didn't love dogs I'd shoot ;em.
