For years California, USA, has been heavy hit with chemtrails. They stopped last summer just when the wild fires were starting. When school started in September, so did the chemtrails. I have seen the strange shapes and rainbow colored clouds so I believe HAARP is being used. We have had many wildfires and a huge drought.
