i really like them a lot. For all that people that say that the one from L.A. is better i say that you can not compare because they are different. You say that the one from L.A. is better because of the quality of sound, but it is because they care about playing well. This mau maus is PUNK!! and punk is not about playing well, but about ATTITUDE anyway i respect the mau maus from L.A. but i don't like it
I saw these supporting the Exploited in 83 at the Tin Can Club in Birmingham, didnt the guitarist (Bunny) have cancer and had to play the gig kneeling down?
@clockwolf Good point!! I saw em support the exploited in Nov 83 and you are right, the bassist sat down throughout. In fact that gig was filmed. It was at Brannighans in Leeds - a fantastic venue. Punk bands played every wednesday. Saw some classics - Toy Dolls (awesome live!), uk subs, conflict, exploited.
