As far as I see, the assistant is doing exactly what she was supposed to do. How was he being a dick exactly? Besides, do you have a better way to tell a patient to open their mouth besides saying "open wide"? Obviously you don't know how difficult it is to perform a molar endo when a patient can't open their mouth wide enough. Also, technicians don't give anesthesia, would you trust a technician to give you a nerve block? I don't think so
I don' like the way Mr PERKINS is saying "open wide."
