My Father (retired Army Personnel) was working as a Kongress worker in Punjab. He used to sport big beard. During 1983 he was asked by local Kongress MP to dress up like a Sikh and Shoot atleast 25 (Hindu/Sikh). He was also asked to distribut 10 AK-47's with "Pakistani Make".
