  • This woman is not being truthful or she is uneducated on this subject and is only offering an opinion. Ginkgo at the very least you get antioxidants from it. The Russians found it very effective in treating radiation sickness at Chernobyl. Ginkgo is a powerful antioxidant if it can slow down the effects of ionizing radiation.

  • of course you all know that she get big checks from the big pharma to misinform you about a tree that has been around for more the 6000 years and has been used by the anciants

that were 100,000 times more healthier then we will ever be.

thanks to big pharma, more people have died by the hands of "official medicine" and the pharmacutical industry then has ever dies in all the wars that have ever been faught

  • nah i take the pill everyday..pass my exams.

  • Coumadin is warfarin

  • @TheOriginalThought1 nah, america will eventually collapse under the weight of its own shit.

  • this stuff constipated me and has reeked havoc on my intestines

  • She is very correct! Aspirin, any NSAIDs, warfarin, and heparin should not be taken with gingko biloba.

  • @ema1171224 i take aspirin and ginkgo without side effects.

  • what about guarana?

  • Dont trust her either, how are you gonna tell me young people cant benefit from it, its said to increase circulation, concentration and memory, please dont discredit something im excited to use, what the hell...

  • @oceansoflovewi I am young and it benefits me.

  • I get all of them side effects watching your videos

  • she sounds like she's really against using this herb.

  • wow what a surprise a corporate medicine tells that a good thing is a poisoin. I am so surprised :O

  • She looks reptilian :P

  • What is the recommended dose one dried leaf or what?

  • It's the balance that will maintain consistency. Excess will obviously cause ailments unnatural to the body.

  • how do you take gingo biloba tablets ? with water or do you leave it in your mouth .. :S

  • HOW HAVE YOU NOT DONE A VIDEO ON HEMP-the most nutritious plant for humans, & you're a nutritionist, you have got to be KIDDING ME

  • Have you heard it causes auditory hallucinations? It seems to when I take it.

  • Dealmaker007

Aspirin together with ginko is bad!!

  • I usually take Ginkgo every so often for my circulation problems but lately I've been taking asprin for some pains...do you know if taking both of these together is contraindicated?

  • Don't trust this chick - she encourages fluride use

  • LOL, most due too, they talk about side effects from these things but NOT much at all about the drugs the people use. Flouride LOL? Does she? HAHHAHAHHAHAH. She wil stop talking now then if she encourages that trash.

  • @Modacolorist I see where your getting at but that's an Ad Hominem argument. Just because she endorses fluoride doesn't mean that everything she says is automatically moot.

  • "The use of ginkgo biloba can be used to enhance memory" Evidence based medicine fail.

    Has no effect on memory.

  • Let me tell you a story. For the past 8 years I've been going to the doctor for physical exams. Multiple docs, dozens of physical exams and with no ending results. My peripheral nervous system and central nervous system was screwed up,originally I got ginkgo for my brain fog, yet not only did it treat my brain fog, it cured me from my nervous system disorder. I don't know how, but after hundreds of meds nothing worked. Perhaps if there is nothing really wrong with you, then it won't work.

  • Obviously one isn't supposed to take ginkgo in excess. None of these side effects happen unless one takes a lot of Ginkgo. It should be taken in moderation.

  • there was an xfiles episode about this!

  • Which one?

  • i call it ginko blow jobba for what it does to my boner

  • I'm 36 and just started taking gingko for diabetes complications..great..in fact--amazing..highly recommended!

  • this is a pretty strong drug I love it

  • I took ginkgo when i was 22.. i took a high dose regularly for a few months & the effects were very noticeable & significant. i basically could tell that my blood was thinner (like when you drink alcohol). the thin blood resulted in a lot of benefits.. my heart didn't work as hard.. various activities in life seems a lot "lighter" & easier. anything that requires blood flow like physical activity, eating, thinking, sex, is easier on the body, more intense & less taxing to do.

  • Heyy im taking this right now to enhabnce memory and im only 17. It helped kind of when i first took it, as i was moderately depressed and had bad concentration when it came to school wor. However ive had experiences such as sleep loss by random memory intruding uncontrollably. Is this normal? And sometimes i find it does not help concentration but makes it worse. Is this normal too? Dont think ill get kidney stones but.

  • very informative:) Can you smoke ginko biloba?

  • I'm sure you could if dried, but it'd outweight any possible health benefits!

  • @TheRaizen33 haha stick it on a bong

  • @TheRaizen33 yes you can..
