I think its a great piece of music, but the a capella choir version is sort of annoying.. A memory of this song is being in art studio, my friend's ipod suddenly shuffled to this song, and she ran to the other side of the room to change it cause she was embarassed. haha

I actually got to this cover looking for Manchester Orchestra's song 'Everything To Nothing' but saw this, which is one of my favourite Elliott Smith songs, if not one of my favourite ever, and this took my breath away. srsly guize. you have the video of him playing the song, you have the audio of the song, you can visually scan where he's playing the notes with your eyeballs as well as listen to them with your ears, you should be able to tab it yourself. it's alot easier than you'd think to tab when you have a video like this where the only camera angle is the guy's hands.

Very very good my friend, my respects, you transcribed the hole arrangement, just one thought, I'm sure that if you just transpose it a half step up (G), you'll find easier ways to play it, and be able to use a lot more open strings and even maybe some harmonics, witch always gives a lot more brightness to the song(if you don't wanna change the overall key you can tune half step low, witch elliot did a lot) , but anyway you did a fantastic job, great ear.
