JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED. Unluckily most lawyers in Pakistan are one of the root causes of mischief being exercised at Pakistan since 1947. They find loopholes in the constitution, use justice delaying tactics leading to injustice & anarchy, paving way for corrupt politician class to rule us. Bar Council has failed to organize them & keep them away from this devilish behavior. Independent judiciary cant solve this issue. Even a law student nowadays quotes to hire a judge than a lawyer

The Bar Council was created to organize the lawyers on a platform to obtain justice and fight for it, & not to use delaying tactics as JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED but so far it is a total failure. The advocates instead take false cases & fight for them by delaying them & being called as Satin Family. Now that the Lawyers Forum has successfully achieved the target of restoration of illegally exiled Chief Justice they must re organize and follow the rules of the Bar Council.
