On your hunter you should reforge:
Dreadfire Drape, 63 hit into crit
Flamewaker's Gloves, 80 haste into hit
Flamewaker's Legguards, 126 hit into crit
Splintered Brimstone Seal, 63 mastery into haste
Malevolence, 102 mastery into hit
Arbalest of Erupting Fury, 34 mastery into hit
You'll gain lots of crit, and you'll also be at EXACTLY 8% hit rating.
