Would you trust a 3 ton beluga whale who survives off of donuts and coffee, to catch an escaping robber/killer/rapist on foot or for him to be competitive in combat? Why is it okay in this country for a damn cop to be overweight? Because a civillian states to an accused that he would help him in court as being a witness is NOT a crime. However, unlawful detainment without probable cause IS a crime (i.e. 4th Amendment). Obviously you have serious ethics issues. Pretty sad when you don't know right from wrong.

There is a jump. Clearly, they start advancing on him at 2:33 as soon as he pulls the cell phone out of his pocket. However, they had no authority to stop and question him whatsoever. They should never have stopped him in the first place. The charges against him were dropped. They would not have done so if they could've made any kind of case against him at all, simply because convicting him of ANYTHING would have helped them in the upcoming lawsuit.
