Fuel cosumption similar to other E30 cars of the day, just a hair worse. On a 55L tank figure 375 to 500km depending on your driving. Very reliable. Takes maintenance. If you do your own, inexpensive motoring, as parts are plentiful and reasonably priced. If you pay somebody else, not so much. If you're mechanical, utterly rewarding and wonderful car to drive, all year round, in any conditions. Unflappable, stable, eager and capable driving partner, always.

this car is amazing in the snow and on dirt. I have this same EXACT car. One question...is it hard to replace the fuel pump in this car?

@SwiftDuck No. It's fairly easy, even for an average hobby-mechanic. Most of the older german cars are easy to service, as I think.
