i love it!!!! i can only play from the very lowwest b to a high f (on top of the scale.) :/ but i just started this year so i guess thats a good accomplishment. (im in 6th grade band.)

when you play like mp or p just less wind then you would play if your playing a ff or mf, but enough to get the note out and have anice sound, use your stomache to support your air, and then just practice

nice sound but i have trouble playing soft or normal volume on my trumpet when im trying to play at a normal volume my band instructor tells me that im playing too loud how can i play softer easier.

nice playing, how do u get ur wave? is it natural or do u make it that way, also what type of mouth peice do u have? i have a solo in this years marching band music, my LAST band won 2nd 2 times in South Carolina, and then i moved..and my band sucks, we have 3 new trumnpets, and 2 good ones dropped out, so now my BF and i are the only real trumpets, and have to play LOUD, if u have any tips, please give me some id be glad to have them

Don't play loud. I know what you mean though. Back in my Junior High band, in 6th and 7th grade, my band instructor had us play loud. I hated that. It's all about air support, keeping you're lips tight when you play high and volume control! Great job though. Keep it up. I'm working on this song, too. Wanna record it with a friend, he plays Alto Sax. 7th grade, I was the only Trumpet, I had too go in for surgery that year, so, my instructor had too fill in for me while directing!
