  • This is an awesome scene. Perfectly played by all involved. My heart breaks for Blake when she says, "It is to me!" Wow!

HOwever, After the first commercial break, every time I see Ross standing in front of the door, I think, "He got his pants on pretty fast, didn't her?"

  • Now that's what you call drama!!! I don't know what I liked best in this scene Ross shirtless looking so fine or Ross's tears those were tears saw on Ross's face right??!! Holly's reaction , Holly slapping Ross or Ross trying to explain himself damn this is good stuff!!!!

  • All three actors are so great in this. Maureen Garett especially.

  • one of my favorite lines of all time!!! Holly: "What kind of daughter are you?" Blake: "The kind you raised." (with a deadpan expression btw!)

  • Maureen Garrett is just great here.

  • The music, the camera work, Maureen Garrett dropping the tray, THAT is how you open a show! One of soaps' best surprise revelations ever. GL was exquisite in 1992. How did P&G screw up their shows?!

  • @Oakdalian I agree 100%. 1992 into 1993 GL was fantastic. I wish it was still that way...that is what got me hooked on soaps at age 8.

As for the acting, fantastic...Maureen definitely made me feel for Holly and Sherry definitely upplayed the fact that Blake is pure Thorpe.

  • @KassidyKatherine

I would also agree 100%. And at 00:57 to 00:59 with Ross standing by the dresser with no shirt on.....OMG. I would have ditched every suit and tie in his closet so he would have to wear faded jeans and no shirt for all of his scenes with Blake. Make the female population a lot happier.....=+)

  • I love how Blake is just sitting back and letting him deal with Holly, until he started downplaying their invovlement (like he didn't think he'd end of having to tell Holly) guess he felt broke up with her that morning when Holly interrupted.

  • I believe this was Sherry's very last scene as Blake!

  • This scene clearly demonstrates that Blake is Roger Thorpe's daughter.

  • Holy shit. Best soap opera music EVER at around 4 minutes in. Good times!

  • Love to see the Beverlee McKinsey scenes.

  • Thank you so much for uploading this...great acting on the part of all involved.

  • This is better than I remembered and I remembered it being AWESOME!

  • Today I'm able to see it, yay! Must be my pc. LOVED the scene...Blake said a lot with her eyes. Very powerful stuff!

  • very well acted, thank you for uploading this scene.

    loved jerry, sherry and Holly!!!

  • It's not letting me even when I refresh. I can see your other ones though. Could I beg and beg for you to reload it? Hate to ask but I'm dying to see that scene!!!

  • It's not playing for me! It's showing video not available, is that happening to anyone else?

  • It loaded just now for me. I had this problem a few weeks ago, where no video anywhere on youtube would play. I think the suggested advice is to refresh the page or your browser.

  • This is one of the best scenes filmed for GL.

  • ITA It's riveting, and there's so much going on, even though Blake didn't have as many lines as Ross and Holly. I love Ross' spin, trying to make himself look not so bad.
