Do you know this tv show ? It's Gaki No Tsukai. They're making the members of Downtown (Matsumoto and Hamada) Cocoricoo (Endo and Tanaka) and Yamazaki to participate in a 24 hour game (after losing a bet) where they shouldn't laugh or else they must be punished. The guy in the video in the video is an ex cast so they know him and they know he sucks in English.

I don't think this is the funniest part but this tv show sure does rock.
