I have a F-90BT DVD Nav Unit and I'm frustrated as hell with the fact that I cannot scroll through a track or mix by dragging my finger, and it takes forever to fast forward to a pint of a song with the seek buttons (5 second increments). If you're in the middle of listening to a 60 minute mp3 mix and you shut your vehicle off, when you start it back up you are now back at the beginning of the track! Is there a software upgrade to change the interface?
The 7100BT, what's the specs on it because your web site doesn't tell me whether or not it's a single DIN, 1.5, double DIN.. any info on spec sizes. Thanks
Sweet, I tried finding more information on the product on the crutchfield website, but I was unsuccessful. I was curious of the depth of the model. My Ford Bronco only allows 7 3/4 inch depth for head units. Anymore dimensions? Thanks for the feedback. :-)
Whats up with the Z series? I'm looking to put one into my car, but it seems almost like the F series is a more advanced unit for less. Is it going to get a new revision out any time soon to incorporate the standard features of the lower cost models now have, such as iPod integration, built in bluetooth, and a higher res screen?
i want to seem more videos on the new AVH's but does annyone know when there comming out with all of this i know its on the websiste but when is it gonna b avaiable?
You can expect to see the new AVH models (3100DVD & 4100DVD) in stores starting in late-February to March. Please check with your local Pioneer retailer for specific timing.
The 800prs was at the CES 2009 but pioneer told me (in my email) that theres gonna be a new one for 2009.... they cannot tell me whats gonna be the feature but does someone knows? Cause if I really dont like the look or if theres nothing better (like usb or ipod) i'm afraid it will be to late to buy the 800prs(2008) so I dont want to wait until May!
Reason i dont like pioneer or alpine decks is that the iPod won't hook up in the front. it's more convenient for me to go with a frontal port so i go with kenwood who integrate the port on the front with the aux
No wires to get tangled on or rip out possibly causing damage to your iPod or your head unit. Not to mention the better sound quality by using the iPod as a direct source on the unit.Plus many of the Pioneer decks feature ASR, which dramatically improves the 128 bit rate alot of people use to save space on their iPods. The ASR feature dramatically improves the sound of the low bit rate recordings.

PioneerMobile, why didn't they make the F-series navis a Full beautiful 7 inch LCD screen?
It seems counterintuitive since it has higher resolution but its on a smaller screen.

I like the look of no wires running, thus I like the Alpines and Pioneers for that reason
also my Kenwood DNX8120 has a rear ipod and usb hookup
