It's not that I think people should do all the drugs they want, but is there anything wrong with reforming our crime criteria to simply stealing and violent behavior? I'm sure there are a few other things that can be included as a crime like destruction of property, stalking, drunk driving etc. but how on earth does it make sense to punish people who at the worst are only hurting themselves?
