  • My god, finally! I've been using sharedtalk, com, but I haven't been really getting anywhere, considering what I get most is chinese people or middle-aged men learning English... Not that I have a problem, but I'M TRYING TO LEARN JAPANESE, NOT ARABIC! >.> I have the Japanese Rosetta Stone, but I din't think I'll need to use "Red Triangle" anytime soon... I have DeSmuME, but it just makes me feel like playing Pokemon... (~_~;) So, yeah, I added you on Skype! >_<

  • Interesting..., thanks a lot for the video ^^

  • I really appreciate what you're doing!....But I have to say this...no offense please..but...

Did you learn english from Christopher Walkin?

  • That's been my problem! I find that the books almost all have different variations of the language, and ones that aren't commonly used... >.< So arigato gozaimasu :) your videos are extremely helpful

  • Thanks :) I'll be looking forward to watch more of your videos. I'm currently learning japanese, I haven't made such a big progress, because I'm also learning how to write it and read it at the same time xD I already mastered the hiragana and katakana! I'm working with Kanji's now :) It's actually really fun ^_^ Arigatou ~

  • hahah you are great.

  • it's out of the subject but i think you look like to Shun Oguri :)

  • From where did you learn English so well?! O.O

  • If you come from a European country, the distinction between polite and casual may be easier to understand. A lot of European countries, Poland for example, address strangers with "panstwo" a word pretty much equivalent to "okyakusan".

We live in Australia now and my Polish mother still gets offended when English speaking people call her "you" or use her name to address her if they don't know her well.

Polish society distinguishes politeness, and it's helped me a lot in my Japanese study.

  • You speak English surprisingly well.

  • thank you for the time and effort!!! :D keep on with it!

  • oops i was going around saying konechiwa to everybody even 5 years old i'm glad i'm not in japan yet:)

  • おはようございます。your hot

    おやすみなさい

  • Enjoyed the video, it was very helpful to get these "secret" tips from a native speaker. Thank you. :D

  • Japanese men are good looking :)

  • aww your realy handsome boy <3

  • Wow , very interesting.

  • oh, I find your video's very helpful if you wouldn't mind to help me as well with Japanese.

  • japanese glottal stops and native word usage is really overlooked with learners of japanese i think. much attention should be given to those aspects. you have a good teaching method and very natural english accent. がんばって!

  • chi wa?????...no ko and ni? why do native speaker don't say it??

  • kawaii!!!!

  • Your hair never moves but it looks like it doesn't have any product in it, what's your secret? ^w^

  • @tobimisa My hair use to be like that. Back when I was a teen, my hair was so dead it just didn't move, or when I wake up in the morning.

  • @GTFOVevo ooooh ... awesome video though! =^w^=

  • Yeah I knew it! konnichiwa is not used that often.

  • You're so attractive x:

  • Wow.. why is it always the beautiful people who make informative videos? Makes it so hard to listen. lol ;) But seriously, thank you for taking the time to clear these things up for us. Cheers!

  • :O oooooh Meh Goodness Marry Me ?

    良いビデオ。これは右の書かれている場合私はわからないので、私は"私の日本語に取り組んでいます。

  • Ah one last thing. How important is it to keep or loose my accent? Sometimes I spend hours just trying to loose my English accent which is a pain. Well I guess the real question is there a significant difference in how your accent effects pitch or pronunciation? Well thanks again and sorry for the double post.

  • Hey this is great. Yea I always had a tendency to hold the ee a bit to long so that helps thanks. One really important thing I wanted to know though. Is there a significant different between female and male speech? The second question is I heard some people say to try to stay away from using romaji to much? It is a bad habit to get into since I was told Japanese don't use it that much, true? Although a lot of English text unfortunately uses that a lot it seems. Anyways love your videos!! ^_^

  • Man, the high school I'm going to doesn't offer Japanese as a foreign language class and the only one near me that does is a public school that's out of my district. D': I'm planning on learning the language on my own, though. Lol I'm not very good at it yet. XD

  • Hey, thanks for making this video. I didn't know that. I'm hoping to study abroad in Japan in the future. :]

  • ちわっ〜

  • Hi こんにちは I love your video!! btw ur english is good ;)

  • You're the cutest thing I've ever seen.

  • @MrGuinnessPint Gosh it seems like you've had one too many Guinness pints! Please tell me, clever clogs, how you expect to be taught Japanese by a person who is only speaking Japanese? And I'm pretty sure it's English he's speaking, not "Engrish." I consider racism pretty evil myself.

  • I am glad i discovered you. Ive been looking for someone to practice my Japanese with. Can i add you on Skype?

  • Thank you for your videos. I have Chinese pen pal I contact frequently in email and he teaches me some Chinese. Watching your videos reminds me of him teaching me, similar to my pen pal. You help me with Japanese though. :)

  • okay konichiwa is okay if you are a girl. Most of the time girls don't say konichiwa like you. That's kind of like guy's language.

  • wow learn real Japanese from a really hot guy! wow cool great stuff!!

  • Just thought I'd let you know that I enjoy your vids and have been downloading them from YouTube to listen to while I work lol. Keep up the good work! (Sub'ing now)

  • I really like your videos! :-) I'm currently studying Japanese and I find your clips very helpful! Thank you for posting.

  • @HottDollsteak ur welcome

  • @fzsdjbncf2000 if you say konnichiwa to someone who is older or higher rank than you are do you still take out the ko and ni sounds?

  • Do you have skype? if so, would you be willing to help me out sometime with spoken Japanese? Your English is really good, but I'm sure I could also help you some if you would like. If your interested please message me your skype address I would be very thankful!
