If ur talkin about the demo, it's free. You just need Wi-Fi (same for Nintendo Channel) and a Ds to connect to.

That voice clip in the tutorial for Fillbots is actually in the Japanese version as well... except it's "Hai!" instead. It's only in the tutorial, not in the actual level. :P
