Had a pure white bully just like this one! They are such sweethearts! That isn't a skin problem and no he isn't miserable. The oil in their coat picks up dust and dirt especially around the joints. This is normal and shows up a lot on the white coat. The pink is just his skin, you can really see it since the coat is so light. Jack would turn bright pink and would refuse to come inside in the summer so we had to put sunscreen on him!
