Once you use that cheat to get all the weapons, keep pressing the cheat again. (left,right,up,down,A,A) and then once you have all weapons, if you keep typing in that code the ammo will increase for all the guns and grenades and stuff

In VisualBoyAdvance, go to Cheats > Cheat list... > Gameshark... and paste the codes.
