Lisa Trevor IS the original G-Virus. Her initial reaction to the Progenitor Virus didn't show results so Umbrella gave her the "Type-B" Progenitor. Her mother was killed by Umbrella as she showed no signs of a reaction. To ease Lisa, they disguised workers as her mother but she saw through the disguises and violently killed them. umbrella tried many times to finish Lisa, but all attempts failed as she liked to rip off their faces and attach them to herself for "safe keeping" :)

She was then injected with the NE-α parasite and not only survived it, but absorbed it into her own system (tentacles, super strength, etc.) Umbrella took samples from her, and what they got was the G-Virus (look at the eye growing out of her back). She actually IS immortal. The experiments conducted on Lisa had left her impervious to all forms of physical battery, rendering her immune to all gunfire, an anti-tank missile had little to no effect on her aside from swatting her against a wall.

Lisa is stronger than Nemesis, more resilient than Birkin, and just as strong as Wesker. She can jump EXACTLY like Nemesis T-Type can and can run faster than Wesker, Umbrella was aware of this, and put her in chains and shackles to prevent her from using most of these abilities against them. @4563Angelica crimson heads, in the remake if you don't blow a zombie head up or burn it at the place or cut their legs off, the virus will take control and will mutate it again, the virus will give it sharp claws, speed and resistance, but if you kill them again, this time they will be gone for good, they evolve into crimson heads if 30 minutes have passed from the time you kill them, and they are called that because they are covered in their own blood

That AND she has the Nemesis parasite (the thing that Nemesis had) which gave her something like restorative tentacles. Any physical blow is rendered useless as she'll simply recover. However, against a selfp-destruct sequence explosion? It'll destroy her entire body at once and then she can't recover.

Since RE 1events were in 1998, Lisa must be about 40 years old. But one thing is for sure, Wesker is not responsible for the experiments made on her and the murder of her family, that's all Umbrella.
