fyi God is supposed to be feared. To quote C. S. Lewis, he's not a tame god. I think there's a problem with today's Christians focusing only on the loving and forgetting the rest of God's traits. Showbread has also picked up on this theme, and A Plea for Purging has also begun focusing on it. Everybody thinks God is all love and that's it... they don't understand Jesus is the one that loves, that was the whole point of him coming, so that he could take God's anger on himself.

@EnergizerBunny804 Some of the greatest songs of all time are simple. Whole Lotta Love by Led Zeppelin is the easiest song I have ever played [outside of the solo]. I will agree that this song is simple, but Showbread is anything but formulaic. Check some other stuff by the band, they change their sound all the time, I think you'd really like them! I have a feeling you'd like their album The Fear of God best. Be sure to check it out! :)

Years ago I used to care more about what a band's stated beliefs were,but today this just reminds me of how many Christians will not listen to any music that's not 'Christian'.
