  • The bottom line for me on immigration is this:

Immigration is good, when they immigrate legally.

So the idea would be to find a way to legalize all these people and somehow get them in the system, but, of course, that's a lot easier said than done.

  • We really dropped the ball with this one. Instead of spending money on border protection, nip the problem in the bud! Nobody wants to do that it seems. By working together with Mexico on improving their living conditions (because they don't seem to be doing much on their own) we can have more Mexicans content just living there.

Mass deportation is just filling a huge bucket with water and tossing it out of the boat, without plugging the hole that's sinking it.

  • It doesn't make since at all!! Maybe the federal government doesn't want to give the states that desicion because they simply want more power??

  • This is m day:

    Get up

    Work

    come home

    have dinner

    get some salsa and chips

    then watch TheArchfiend

  • Plus i also see where you are going with this, but lately there has been reports of racial profiling in Arizona. I read and article somewhere where an American Citizen was stopped and arrested for looking Mexican. So i'm not to confident with this law at all. Why haven't they reported illegal Chinese, Korean, indians, and etc.. so far they all been Latino

  • You guys notice most of those 5 states where for slavery and Had a strong racist passed

  • 7:32 18 years?? It's 14.5 years from the state I come from!

  • 7:14 Obama likes to torture those of sound mind. Honestly at this point, he has done more harm than good. We have given him 2.5 years to fix economy, but no progress has been made. He wants to allow the illegal legal, and threw tantrum when Texas executed a rapist and murderer not because of the crime, but because he was here illegally. All but 2 years of his life, in fact. By this point, I am actually beggining to think Sarah PALIN would make a better president than him! (Yes I said that!)

  • We should treat illegal immigrants from Mexico the same way they treat illegal immigrants from Guatemala.

  • I think the U.S. should just buy Mexico.

  • arch ballzee making a video about politics

  • i prefer these kind of videos :) much more intriguing then the videos about iwhore n rwj. keep it up !

  • @149chris but not about misshannahminx cuz149chris will not approve you from doing so !

  • @LostFaithChoi i like how you go looking for me because he told you're not allowed to talk to me no more LOL. just give it up, i dont agree with bullying some one when they've done nothing wrong. you agree to bullying people. in you;re mind its ok to put some one down and use uncalled for profanity. in mine its not. i think the world is better with out hate.

  • @149chris yes. you're a hater.

  • @149chris Claiming to be a fan of TheArchfiend when you were bragging about misshannahminx. Looking at the comments, lostfaithchoi happen to see your comment and reply. Are you going to say I was looking for you as well? LMAO You're a failure.

  • @EnigmaticCalaverite stalking my comments, some one wants my attention? some ones grumpy :(

  • videoamt sent me :D

  • @imopsvideo

Awesome. Tell him thanks in German for me :)

  • @TheArchfiend i will :D

  • Am guessing it a international issue and well alabama is known for it's racist views

  • In North and South Dakota, it's 14 years old to obtain and hold a provisional driver's license.

  • My view on this (WARNING, I AM EXTREMELY CONSERVATIVE), is that the mainly Democratic government is trying to appeal to Whites by saying "Illegal immigrants are bad!" However, the libs try to appeal to aliens by objecting to these laws. The government doesn't care, they just wants as many votes as possible so they can stay in power and keep the "trust" of whites and aliens.

I hope Texas will follow suit with this, but it is unlikely, as Rick Perry wants to do it, but our legislature doesn't.

  • hey arch i believe u forgot the federal agency that absolutely has to help the states with immigration called ICE (immigration and customs enforcement)

  • The federal government probably feels favorites will be played. They wouldn't be entirely wrong either.

  • skin head fuck

  • @MrTrubidorEli um did u even watch this video in its entirety? i didnt think so and THANK$ FOR WATCHING HIS VIDEO$!!!!

  • Boy! ALL "The Good" that comes with illegal immigration. You mean like all the White people, who's ancestors help BUILD the country, not being able to find work because they have to COMPETE with these CRIMINALS?

That kind of Good? Africa for the Africans, Mexico for the Mexicans, White countries for everyone!

People who are so quick to tout illegal immigrtion as "Good" like to fancy themselves anti-racist. What they are is anti-White. Anti-racist is nothing more than a codeword for anti-White.

  • obama is a piece of shit...... thats why. he doesnt know what hes doing. illegal immigrants are a very bad problem in this country, and obama refuses to do anything

  • @nyyank87

To be fair... any president would be making the same decisions on this issue.

  • @TheArchfiend first off, i am a really big fan. ok now, you do have a point. but if this was george bush, he wouldve let this go through. I am in no way a supporter of george bush, but i do think he handled the illegal immigration problem very well

  • @TheArchfiend To be honest, I disagree. Most conservatives agree, illegal immigration laws are mandated to the states. Not trying to attack him personally but Barack Obama believes in a strong central government. All of these policies that he is putting forward now, (universal health care, raising taxes on the rich, expanding medicare / medicaid, creating more government programs) are signs of a leader who wants national control and centralized planning.

  • In any case in any situation, immigrants are the one who are fucked over again.

    Sorry but I think it's wrong .

  • It's going to be like Orwell's Animal Farm. Any pig can write on barn new rules and claim that rules were always there. Few years in future nobody would know what was originals laws and rules and in which state is which law,

  • Government is right in this case. I think state immigration laws are probably discriminating

immigrants. I think it's stupid to have diffrent law in each state. It's just chaos!

It's harm because you are seperating state from everybody else. LIke you have in America a state who has diffrent laws and rules so you sparate that state from everything else. So you have Not So United States of America. So then you should change name of country.

  • @vekamaca There is lot of hate toward immigrants just because some people are ignorant and stupid and not understand people are hungry and they have to leave their contry just to feed themselfs and their families. It's not like every imigrant dreams to work lowest paid jobs and threated like shit. Or you starve and die or you do anything to survive.

  • The states are not trying to change the rules/laws . They are creating parallel laws that are very much mirrors of the federal laws that the states can now enforce because they say the Feds arn't doing their job . This is going to the supreme court but the Obama administration is dragging it out because they don't think they will win . Other countries like Canada have a Guest Worker program that monitors foreign nationals that do low skill jobs and thats what we need . ..........F ihoar

  • i like your video. this is a free country, but the states aren't free : ) lol

  • It's all about the ubiquitous semantics again. Each state has the right, and if they choose to impose their will, the ability to enforce the laws as outlined by the constitution.

Now i don't pretend to know each labyrinthian aspect of these laws but i do know the fed gov does not have the resources to oversee all of them, they themselves don't even know what they are anyway.

As you can see, the AZ amendment is alive and well, the Fed can't stop them, and that is an encouraging reality.

  • Effectively the system is broken. How the system was intended. US Constitution > State Constitution > Federal Law> State Law> Local Laws and so on. Seems like Federal Law it trumping States. Most of these laws just puppet Federal Law. We would not have this problem if feds were doing there job. Illegal Immigrants = RWJs outside of Youtube.

  • It is about AMERICAN RIGHTS. The same EQUAL RIGHTS, as the rest of the world. The right to determine who can come and go in your country. It is our SOVEREIGN RIGHT, not to let anyone come here, even LEGALLY. There is nothing good about ILLEGALS. They are a lawless, trespassing people and they are causing severe conflict, with their trespass. They are the bad guys. The AMERICAN citizens, are the victims. ILLEGALS are inciting violence, just by being here. They are begging for war. DEPORT ILLEGALS

  • By the way, how do you feel about the Fair Tax? That would be one way to keep illegals from "beating the system," as you put it.

  • i don't really listen or pay attention to you because it sounds like rambling...i just watch you because you're kind of cute.

  • Anex Mexico. Problem solved.

  • (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻

  • People talk about this RACE problem, and how this RACE problem will be solved when the third world pours into EVERY white country. They say the final solution to this RACE problem is for EVERY white country and ONLY white countries to “assimilate,” i.e. intermarry, with all those non-whites. It’s really just the final solution to the white problem. It’s genocide. They say they are anti-racist. What they are is anti-white. Anti-racist is a code word for anti-white.

  • fed dont have any rights, they have privelliges given to them by the states.

  • More immigrations laws, the better. If you have doubt about this, get your ass over to the DEEP SOUTH preferably Texas. If you survive, you'll be a changed man.

  • Don't immigration laws effect foreign policy? Like before 911 a Brit could go to America without a Visa where a Mexican couldn't. A single state cannot be allowed to have any affect on the diplomatic relations of the whole union with the rest of the world; which it inevitably would given time.

Policies are in a complex and delicate balance, I don't think anyone here could truly understand the bigger picture unless we lived politics as part of our daily lives.

  • I don't know where, but somewhere in 2005 for sure and possibly now one state (when i pictured it in my head it was around Ohio...) had the legal age for attaining a drivers lisence to be at 14 years of age. Just saying, that is what YouTube comments are for. lol :)

  • why is there so many unjustified thumbs down on this vid? Arch makes good points.

  • @TheBrainEnema

Because the video isn't about Shane Dawson or Ray William Johnson. That and it's featured on my channel and a bunch of douchebags came over today to thumbs down for the great justice of their internet master.

  • @TheArchfiend Thumbs up!!!! So stick with it and youll get a new crowd like you did when you came back.

And yes you made very good points. the government is like a picky homeless person.

Lastly Archfiend whats your oppinon on the new "your reaction?" tool when you comment on youtube now?

  • @TheArchfiend That and, speaking from experience, nobody likes those crazy "opinions" when it comes to illegal immigration. Least of all liberals, apparently.

  • @TheArchfiend And yet people are cool with you killing a hornets nest instead of tearing Shane, Ray or some other whore a new asshole.

You know what, i think people are just bored, they don't have the understanding or the paitiance to appreciate politics, or they just don't care.

Which is a shame if that's the case, because i for one enjoy your take on these situations, if only because it lets me learn alittle about America (i'm a tea sipping Englishman) and it's governement.

  • @Chayraz2

    So true.

  • @TheArchfiend

How to be archfiend: Could people thumbs me down because I'm wrong? Nope, they are just fanboys.

All is right with my world.

  • lot of illegal Canadians here O_O

  • The constitution states that anything not specifically mandated by the federal government is left up to the states.

This was one of the key issues that the civil war was fought over.

If there are federal immigration laws, then so be it. Tough luck unless the supreme court declares them unconstitutional.

If the states want to do something regarding immigration that isn't specifically outlined by federal law, then they need to grow some balls and actually follow through with court.

  • sorry arch but I found it hard to sit through you saying how good the illegal immigrants are.... do you live under a rock? there is so much unemployment... if the illegal people would fuck off, our REAL or LEGIT americans could fill those jobs and no services or goods would be lost.

  • @MrLag1337

Employers would rather hire people that would work a job with less shit from the employees. Illegal immigrants fill that void easily. Most Americans would HATE and complain about a lot of the service sector jobs that illegals fill, might I add, at more man-power per dollar. Meaning, illegals will work for under minimum wage thus you can have more employees at your disposal.

Sorry, bro. Blame the system and the employers, not the illegals (as much).

  • @TheArchfiend last time I checked in with my 1st grade math teacher, having a job is better than not having a job. LOL?

  • @MrLag1337

No shit. Last time I checked with my math teacher, producing more goods with less payroll is better for the employer.

  • @MrLag1337 thats good and all u got ur point of view but do u wanna go work in the fucking fields for shitty money ? would u like to be treated like shit just because u wanna work to send money to your family. more than half of the unemployed americans wouldnt wanna do those kinds of jobs NO they dont

  • @iron3624 lmfao, you're lazy as fuck and dont want to do labour for your hard earned cash to support your family so you're imposing it on me? fuck off

  • @MrLag1337 first of all u fruty faggot im an american citizen, u cunt secondly no i woundlnt wanna do that kind of labour neither would u and dont fucking say u would because its true

  • @iron3624 stop replying to me about how lazy your obese fucking ass is, you look like a douchebag telling me what I would do. are you fucking retarded?

  • @MrLag1337 ur stupid guy. and racist

  • @MrLag1337 1st of all im an american citizen you fucking fag, secondly im not im posing shit on u queer so ur telling me that u would love to get up at 4 in the morning to pick strawberrys and shitlike that for like 6 bucks an hour in the fucking heat and ur basically dehydrating every fucking day no right. if their taking americans jobs i dont have a problem with it like i said im american, id rather them have the jobs to help their family than to kick em out and those jobs not betaken by none

  • A 19 Year Old Can Buy Boze But Not Drink It WTF? That Make's No Sense.

  • Hey, this is to the guy that posted this-I feel for you on and your argument but I figure that if you let individual states make laws regarding something that effects national security and impacts a very stringent, broad-sweeping set of regulations (our immigration policies, basically) there needs to be uniformity across the board, not a bunch of different laws from different states. Good video, though, it shows a lot more thought than the other people on this site.

  • I agree arch, Shane Dawson is better than Ray William Johnson. Thank you for making this video and clearing that up.

  • @WaffleKogen

The anti-whites agree with the importation of non-white "slave labour" to replace white workers,

They say it is "racist" to oppose it.

    Anti-racist is a code word for anti-white.

  • If a person supports the deliberate demographic replacement of whites with non-whites in traditionally white countries how are they not an extremist targeting ALL white children for future non-existence?

    Anti-racist is a codeword for anti-white.

  • I think it has something to do with deporting those illegals and that would mean that the state would have to deal with a foreign country. But why sue? If that's the problem then the law can just not get passed.

  • With the current US economy I think Mexicans would want to stay in Mexico lol

  • @Rayquaza911

    Good point.

  • @Rayquaza911 We've completely inflated "The American Dream" as something better than it actually is. It is, after all, "The Land Of Opportunity."

  • Comment removed

  • @Rayquaza911 theres a drug war going on in mexico, i rather live in a dying country than in a warzone

  • @Rayquaza911 I think that's the GOP's strategy to stop immigration :P

  • STFU u look a loser money bag wanna be ho

  • @killcount00

    Thank$ for watching thi$ video :)

  • Hey archfiend how did you become so accustomed to talking to the camera calmly without loosing a thought or stuttering for a word or two, do you practice speaking?

  • BLAXIMUS MACK IS CALLING YOU OUT LOL

  • The states are sovereign and have a right under the Constitution to defend it's borders and it's people. Immigration is nowhere in the Constitution so we look to the 10th amendment. The states and we the people created the Federal Govt....they have no power over us. Every law the federal govt passes must adhere to the Constitution.

  • Even saying what I said in the last comment, I understand the situation of the illegal immigrants. Mexico is a horrible place to live right now because the country is controlled by the drug cartels who are, in a way, ruling like tyrants. I think that the time will come when the U.S. and its allies will have deal with these drug cartels so that the root of the problem will be taken care of.

  • The illegals aren't good for this country, they're hurting the country. They're taking jobs away from potential tax-paying Americans, which is a contributing factor to our economic problems. Don't even give me the nonsense that they are taking jobs that Americans don't want. Everybody wants and needs a job these days. Besides that it isn't only "the hard jobs," so to speak. Its even easier low skill jobs like working at fast food restaurants or retail. I could've used those jobs for this summer.

  • (cont) but then go back on our word and cover it up. We like to do that, the government seems to lack brains that you know ACTUALLY THINK they just argue and bullshit because they can and no one will really stop them... Just watch Conspiracy Theory. Especially the wall street episode...

  • I think the government acknowledges the fact that we run on immigrant labor (look at the railroads, who built them immigrants and they were treated like crap) Now that we can't treat them like crap because of well life changing since the 1800's we'll just use illegal immigrant topic as a political tool. If the age of driving was a money maker/ political tool you know they'd use it. Whatever they can use for an advantage . America has a tendency to be two faced we say one thing but then

  • Well, very interresting points you have. Thanks for sharing it with us. We should legalize non-criminal illegal immigrants, if they vote for marihuana legalization. We need them to contribute to the society and leagal marihuana will bring additional revenue to the budget.

  • The people who disliked don't want immigration in america being taken care of?

  • @Blacckkfire

Nah, they probably just want another video about RWJ or Shane Dawson. Because I haven't beaten those topics

    to death yet.

  • @TheArchfiend Hmm... than a few of your fans have a bit of impatience O_O

  • @TheArchfiend You will have some trouble beating RWJ because he puts funny things. The only video i see on your channel is,other people, laws, nosense.

  • This video was almost 1337 :(

  • Thanks for all the interesting information.

  • Tell us,anti-whites, why is it "good" when white countries, are flooded with millions of non-whites until white people become minorities and then disappear entirely?

They are doing it to the Tibetans it is called GeNOcide.

They are doing it to the Palestinians it is called GeNOcide.

When YOU do it to white people,YOU call it "anti-racism" and "Celebrating Diversity".

    Anti-racist is a code word for anti-white.

  • @dungeoncrawler55 You are right on. I think it is so self-evident that we have a tough time seeing it. Anti-racist is a code word for anti-white.

  • @dungeoncrawler55 With illegal immigrants (aka Mexicans), they actually do have a use for them: slave labour. Archfiend constantly points it out, although he is more polite about it.

Personally I am not sure why Americans love slavery so much. I guess they are just accustomed to not doing hard labour themselves, as Negroes did it prior in the South.

But regardless, having a slave underclass to do labour never works. Every society that has done this has failed and collapsed into civil war.

  • @dungeoncrawler55 great comment!

  • @dungeoncrawler55 I agree strongly! The most "diverse" areas of America is non-coincidentally the most crime-ridden dangerous areas of the country.

  • My answer to the question that ends at 5:45 (without watching further yet): Medicinal Marijuana

  • @RantingRamsay

Dude.. that is right on the money! PERFECT EXAMPLE! I wish I would have brought that up during the video.

  • @RantingRamsay I was thinking the same thing

  • I have to poop. You're welcome.

  • Anti-whites Demand and Justify race replacement ONLY for White Countries.

Now that is the definition of Hate.

    Anti-racist is a code word for anti-white.

    THEY want White GeNOcide.

  • Great video.

  • Funny how the "Melting Pot" agenda is being pushed in EVERY white nation.

No one says Japan needs to become a "Melting Pot".

No one says China, Africa, Mexico, Haiti, or Israel should be deluged with massive foreign populations to demonstrate how "moral" they are, or to "enrich" their sorely lacking cultures.

Raphael Lemkin first coined the term GENOCIDE, & most people are ignorant of the true definition.

1948 Convention on the Prevention and Punishment for the Crime of Genocide

  • What I don't understand is why we are so against defending the law when it cones to immigration. If they are here illegally, then why don't we have the balls to do something about it?

  • @coda623

"We", the government that is, is against it because those illegal immigrants are a necessity to America to the workforce in particular. A lot of those illegals perform jobs and services that most Americans don't want to do so the government just turns a blind eye to it.

  • @TheArchfiend Funny thing is, we have 9% unemployment and we're giving the jobs to people who don't even legally live here. Americans want jobs, but they're too lazy to do some physical labor. ironic, isn't it?

  • You sir, are wrong

  • @rodrigopacheco12

Well, you do make a ton of good points and list a lot of facts that clearly show I am wrong.

  • @TheArchfiend Arch bud I have to disagree. How do we actually know that the jobs the illegals have are ones americans dont want? That is probably one of the reasons why employment rate is down. Another reason is that those alleged jobs that americans dont want, a lot of those jobs could go to college students or young adults who are trying to establish a work history and make some money to support themselves to pay their bills for school and other necessities.

  • @namrahnotyal

That's not necessarily what I meant. I meant more what I said in end of this video that these jobs that some illegals take are "undesirable" by most Americans and would only work them given no other working option. The comment that you are replying to states that these are jobs that Americans don't WANT to do. It doesn't mean they wouldn't work them if given the option to do so. Illegals will more likely do those jobs with zero complaint and employers of these jobs know it.

  • @rodrigopacheco12 You are absolutely right. You pwned TheArchfiend and made me realize how wrong I was by not projecting any arguments at all. Thank you. I can't be anymore grateful than I am right now.

  • what's with the dislikes?

  • @ShaneDouchesonTV THE ARMY OF 3000 READY TO CONQUER US!!!!!!!OMGOMGOMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Probably most of people disagreeing with arch think that because America is the country of immigration (and immigrants :P) we shouldn't punish illegal immigrants. (ILLEGAL immigrants, but I guess people don't see the difference between legal and ILLEGAL), possibly assuming that arch is some kind of redneck protester on mexican border. If this is true, it's dumb as hell, because...do I even need to explain? right?

  • @TheArchfiend

They both don't have any right to do anything because rights don't exist, they don't have any legitimacy as well.

  • I think there is a big difference about financial consequencies resulting from illegal immigration between States and Federal government. Obama said illegal aliens produce hundreads of billions of dollars for government. On the other hand, illegal aliens are causing financial crisis, esp my state CA. I think Fed gov don't care about what states must go thru with illegal aliens as long as Fed govt is making money off illegal aliens.

  • BOB DOLE! Lol

  • So anyway.... that was pretty good.

  • Illegal immigration law that will work, crack down on people hiring below minimum wage, a lot of people will will work for minimum wage but the illegals hired below minimum wage, who have absolutely no work skills whatsoever, are the ones that get hired for their cheap labour. If we stop that then it'll be a hell of a lot harder for illegals to get work, and without work they won't come here as much.

  • well if you remember your history then remember the civil war a few choices lead to the separation of the states from the country

  • The U.S. Constitution specifically gives the power to regulate the naturalization process, specifically, in Article 1 Section 8. Moreover, the Constitution also declares that individual states cannot perform foreign affairs, but rather, the federal government. Foreign affairs extend to immigration reform. This extends towards trying to enforce laws.

You also said that these laws are not set to racial profile, but, the Arizona one (and possibly the other ones) allow for racial profiling.

  • @DixonRants

"Allow for racial profiling" I'd love for you to point out where it says in any of these laws that any one specific is to be sought out over another. You are really reaching there bro.

As for 1 section 8, tell that to the 5 states that already made laws. This isn't exactly a foreign affair since the states are only enforcing the law on the state's land. It will always be unclear till this makes it up to the Supreme Court or new absolute legislation is passed by congress.

  • @TheArchfiend SB 1070 in Arizona originally simply allowed for police officers to check anyone that they deemed suspicious and check their identification. Governor Brewer changed it, after capitulating to pressure to change it, to make it so police officers must have a prime reason to pull someone over, but they can still racial profile. I covered this in a video I did when the event was unfolding last year. I can send you a link if you'd like.

  • @TheArchfiend (part 2 of reply):

"As for 1 section 8, tell that to the 5 states that already made laws."

This is why the Obama administration sued them, because of Article 1 Section 8.

It is a foreign affairs issue because it deals with naturalization, people coming in from other nations to become naturalized, and punishing those that do so illegally.

Here is the link for my video on the issue:

    /watch?v=Gig-OEq_vI4

  • @TheArchfiend (Part 3 of reply)

I do concede to the point that the Supreme Court ruling on this issue will allow us to see more clearly what is and what is not constitutional, but, with current evidence, we can safely say what the Congress, on the federal level, has the capacity to do over the states.

  • @DixonRants Finally someone else who knows the constitution.

  • *sigh* Politics... it sucks, doesn't it?

You make the situation seem complicated, if only the human race wasn't so abusive and ignorant. The contradictions and debunking bullshit wouldn't occur.

I really hate to use the thumb rating system (cuz it sucks) so I'll use my rating system.

I give this a: 4/1,000. Sorry pal, but the government system in general just doesn't work and it would be a lost cause to even try to fix the government.

  • Because da defs they want to reserve jail and prison for americans only.

  • This isn't relevant to the overall point of the video but I just wanted to add that here in South Dakota you can actually be 14 and drive.

  • @STABxWEST

    Holy shit!

  • this guy sort of looks like nicolas cage. (not sure if this is an insult or not lol)

  • @DrinkingGamer You're probably right. Lucky though. But on the other hand, that's where most people fail. They think that nobody cares, and that makes them less careful. But I guess you'll be fine as long as you're not rch or have a high or important position or anything like that.

  • I have to disagree with you here, Archfiend. Illegal aliens are leeching from our economy, and I do think that making immigration laws in Alabama more strict is going to make immigrants go elsewhere. But still, Alabama getting sued by Obama's regime is just silly. Instead the law passed should just be nullified. If a state wants to make a case like this, then they should go and appeal to congress. This just shows how little faith people are starting to have in the Federal Government.

  • @dabearz27 One of the only person in the federal government I don't think is a rotten apple is Oklahoma's Senator Jim Inhofe. Point is, there are so many reasons not to have faith in or either respect the government.

  • my first dislike to an archfiend video ever.and i dont even live in usa.

  • @poegta

    *hands you a cookie*

  • Anyways...

  • My guess is that the politician seems much more of a competent leader for being able to "stop a state" from making these unjust laws and it'll look much better on they're "resume" once voting time comes around (btw most immigrants do pay taxes I find it funny how the government won't give you citizenship but the irs will gladly take your money but that dosent mean that their aren't some who dodge they're taxes they should be dealt with accordingly)

  • The Archfiend is UnderTakerFreak1127 with a wig. Has to be....

  • I live in Indiana, when was the idea for changing the law a bit suggested, and who suggested it? I would just like to know. This really interested me because of the relation. I personally think they should let Mitch Daniels make this decision on the fact that he has put us out of debt, he probably could of helped. Mitch Daniels should set up the laws for Indiana the way he thinks is best, because he could help our state and the country like you said. Just wanted to say that. What do you think?

  • Mass deportation is the answer.

  • Read the constitution my friends. Article I, Section 8, clause 4 gives the US Congress, a sector of the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, the power to establish a UNIFORM rule of naturalization. Thus, any matter pertaining to the naturalization of immigrants, including laws, are strictly under the jurisdiction of the US Congress.

  • I just looked up the username igsrj and there was a background that had miley cyrus on it...

    I didn't know Archfiend had a second channel O_O(sarcasm)

  • Hey Archfiend, not being rude at all here, but do you ever smile in your videos? Or at least the recent ones?

  • @DisneyKing97

It would contradict my name if I did. I work had on this persona. I'm like the Undertaker in WWE.

Honestly though, I broke my smile muscle some years ago.

  • @TheArchfiend Ok, I understand. Thanks for explaining :)

  • @DisneyKing97 Buster Keaton never smiled on camera either.

  • @ExplorerDS6789 ok :) thanks

  • Why don't the southern states just secede? Would make life a lot easier for everyone!!

  • South Dakotas drinking law they wanted is just like bongs and weed. It's perfectly legal to own a bong for decoration I guess....but its actual use is illegal and will get you 20 years in jail. Bong=Legal. Weed=Illegal. Bong's use? To smoke weed.

The government makes no sense at all. They want whatever makes them comfortable, what is more convient for them....blah blah blah. They don't give a shit about rights or people anymore. It's obvious to me now.

  • great vid!

  • i understand that many illegal immigrants come to this country to live the so called "American Dream", They come here with little to nothing and risk everything for a better life. Most people don't understand that ANYONE can be a illegal immigrant. Not only mexicans are illegal immigrants. it would be Asians, Russians or Canadians. In my mind if you're here illegally and you're joining gangs and killing people then by all means i hope you get deported!

  • @JonnyMakesVideos Yes, those immigrants that come here and just do crime should just perish. They give other immigrants a bad name.
