@tjhaz ~ The thing is, whilst this type of training can be a lot of fun, and may just give you a nano-chance if you are ever faced with a real life committed attacker armed with a knife. It's far more likely to look like this video clip: 'Reality of trying to defend against a committed Knife Attack' (do a search).
In reality, pick up a bar stool, or anything else you can lay your hands on. Even arming yourself with a knife is not good enough. You don't want an equaliser, you NEED a neutraliser.
Would also like to see more. (For those of us on the other side of the Atlantic).
