Good points, especially that in 2014 Medicaid eligible recipients below 133% of poverty cannot qualify for Medicaid if they are not already in the program. This is extremely unfair. Unfortunately, the Dems voted on the bill and sent it to Obama for signing. Dems give no thought to logic only "hurry up and get it done" reasoning. How utterly stupid.
