  • @DrySpellKyle Hahaha...I personally love seeing everyone's reactions, it makes filming so much more fun...lol! :-)

  • lol loved the out takes your AWESOME...

well at least we know your not crazy...

  • @abercromboict Thanks Uchenna! ..I've been really enjoying watching people's reactions to me working out in public! Funniest part is they see me as the crazy one for having fun and taking care of my body...lol! :-)

  • its amazing that they just do not get the irony of it... they are sooo wrapped up in what they think matters... but wihout being healthy nothing matters

  • @fat22ful I heard something a few years ago that I remind myself everyday, "What other people think about me is none of my business." People will always have an opinion of you no matter what, that's a good thing, it makes our world what it is. What's neat is that when you start getting critics it's feedback from the universe and a sign you're a player on the field, not sitting on the bleachers. Spectating has become a popular sport in our world and it's VERY easy for anyone to do...

  • ...I've found when you just focus on being a "player on the field" everyday, things work out. And when the voices on your inside become more loud and more profound than any voices on the outside, you've mastered your life. :-)

  • I often go jogging to this Jay Z album :)

  • @pollockaa1 Nice! ..he's definitely got some good hits! :-)

  • Sign on the van behind you UHAUL ...is that a sign to keep MOVING? lol

  • @Gravity43kg That's so awesome! ..I didn't even see that til you mentioned it...lol! Thanks for pointing that out! :-)

  • I was watching Christian TV today, and this topic came up - An american basketballer became part of the NBA because his grandparents installed that he is very special and believed in his potential that he became it!

He came from a place that this kind of oppotunity would of been hard (like a small town)

  • @Gravity43kg That's such an awesome story! Thank you for sharing that, it's so evident how much things like that go into the person we become :-)
