You basically have Elizabeth Busche Burke (RIP) to thank for that... she personally devoted much of her derived fortune (and Bud's sponsorship) to the promotion of showjumping on TV. That's also why ESPN only really showed Budweiser/AGA events.

Indeed, you should! Particularly if you have footage of Gem Twist, LaCosta, Hidden Creek's Laurel, or Loro Piana Tomboy, in them. ;)

@EquestrianPride16 Very plentifully in fact. Up until about '99, they would broadcast a show almost every Sunday, like clockwork. Sometimes multiple ones, and on Saturday too. The AGA/east coast shows always got coverage, but every now and then, you'd get a Desert Circuit show in there as well.
