I think it was released for television so it may be hard to find on DVD. Maybe contact HBO to see if it is being distributed on DVD anywhere. It came out in 1996. I tried Blockbuster and they don't have it for rental there at present. You might be able to ask one of your local but large video hire stores to see if they can source a copy.
