i bought this pedal. and the red one from the kanji series. and they both sounded average. my 808 tube screamer sounded better to my ears than this did, more gain and mid range. whatever floats your boat :) hope it goes better for the winner than it did for me. kinda wishing i didnt sell them now, coulda gotten some use from both of them. oh well.
