You are over reving the engine in breaking, and accelerating too hard out of the coners and lose traction (and time) you only gonna destroy you engine and tires for driving like that... And with a smoother driving you lap time would be better

@unrealreality - You are right and Saeed has improved considerably since this video and won the championship the following year. He is now the Middle-East Drift Champion where he can demonstate his car control skills and not have to concern himself with the stopwatch :)

I did see you did > 500kph in a Ferrari in a computer game but we really need something more substantial.  im going to do an example of rally and road racing by going to simracing. i play simracing every day and when im going to play some ALMS cars on rfactor i do my best 1.20.400 on a lap of a circuit. then im getting into RBR(best rally simulator) and i do some exercise. then im going to ALMS cars and do a lap again and i get 1.19.900. so when i play rally i just get better on the circuits like that guy. And he passed everyone like a LMP1 passing some LMP2 cars.

Yes, he needs to smooth things out a bit to go faster but no-one can say this is not entertaining .. and thats what it was posted for :)

Even being very abrupt on the controls you're obviously fast. If you smoothed things out and calmed down I'm sure you would be even faster but the videos wouldn't be nearly as exciting :D Remember... fast hands in the slow stuff, slow in the fast... it's almost like you're doing the opposite :) Also I can not believe that car puts up with some of the times you completely chopped the throttle mid turn.. wreckless as hell :)

its not about hating the driver, its about seeing this semi-professional racing video, with the speed/rev counter, I'd expect a decent skill shown on the track. And some of the other Radical videos on Youtube are very quick drivers.

Saeed has skills, there is no doubt, he really is one of the best middle-eastern rally drivers and finishes way higher than he should in the machinery he has. I know Stu Mosely and Anthony Dunn very well who are 2 of the top Radical drivers in the world IMO and yes, Saeed has a some way to go but he IS new to circuit racing and the video IS entertaining and Saeed DOES have very good car control skills.

That said he is entertaining and his car control skills aren't in any doubt. Yes, he could improve with proper cicuit racing training, hence my involvment, so far I have just provided the camera equipment and produced the videos

Yes, there are many very wealthy individuals in the Middle-East but Saeed is far from wealthy and ordinarily could not afford to go racing or rallying but his skill and entertainment value are recognised by many.

@ludwigvanastramax - bit harsh with the damp cloth comment, as mentioned elsewhere and in the description, Saeed is a very acomplished and successful Rally Driver in the Middle-East. Circuit Racing is new to him this year and he knows he has lots to learn which is why he originally spoke to me. Not done anything with his so far apart from fit the video equipment and produce the video. He does have good car-control skills and is entertaining to watch which was pretty much the point of the video.

Awesome drive! This guy has no fear whatsoever - for himself, for his engine (that surely over-reved on downshifts) and for traffic cones! Most entertaining motorsport vid I've seen in a long time - makes F1 look boring (it is). Is this a case of winning by BF&BI if anyone knows what that is!

@ArconianMetal - Some of the cars he overtakes early on are the 1300cc cars and in a different class. Saeeds is the 1340cc version. I'm not sure the difference in hp but the 1340 cars are quite a bit quicker.
