@Baltican - Sorry but there is a hell for everyone, Hell figuratively would be a individual perspective upon conditions, or a place that one suffers intensely in or from whether it being physically or mentally. This prison would be a place which would be perceived as hell, or hellish place Especially for the innocent people taken there.
