Senator Valentine is a bumbling fascist idiot - why does he think he needs to help a restaurant or bar "define itself"? So the Senator can avoid the terrible temptation of alcohol being served around him at an Olive Garden or Applebees? This is the same weirdo that thinks that families should be "shielded" from alcohol in restaurants and not allow it in view. You have GOT to be kidding me? In today's economy you are proposing something that will cost restraunts $100,000 to do and will make our state look even weirder. The "Zion Curtain" is an embarassment. I just love how you don't even mention that you are turning the Zion Curtain into a Zion fortress.
