Great video , it looks like that lots of time & effort has been exerted in this great setup ,,,, however, all of this is screwed up by the terrible shooter in the video !!!
More than what you get to see in tthe south of England. Things ahave been too warm for a couple of years and not much has been seen. We had a cold snapp last season which bought in quite a few teal and pintails in from Europe. But that was just about it.
Just like shooting wildfowl in Scotland... most of our shooting is on coastal estuaries, where maybe on a visit we will see maybe a dozen duck in total an if we are lucky we shoot one or two.....
yookahbear..sea duck hunting is one of the most intense waterfowl hunting there is...birds are tough as nails...fly balls out..and some of the back drops are truely breath taking...you gotta go to the coast and try it at least once..
youtoob2006 and ivana 331 just are unaware that hunters and fisherman are the reason why we have the animals and natural land we have and will in the future...they are the weak type that would die if theyre were no grocery stores or other people to kill their food for them..i have a question for them.. do you buy a hunting licence,a duck stamp,are you in ducks unlimited or a conservation group and give donations?how do you contribute to nature? were not gonna stop huntin so give it up
and yea im sure that before you even read what im about to write next youll be thinking 'yea cleaning it after you kill it'.that also goes for some hunters out there too shallow minded to see the broader picture.theres more to see than a dead bird or animal in your hand.i doubt that you will see a great horned owl in the predawn light of a december dawn,nor the loons or seals in a sea that reflects the colors of the january skies sitting on your ass behind a computer or tv screen
now while we may have to kill something to participate in the sport,that doesnt mean that the purpose of hunting as a sport today means recieving joy from killing something.for those hunters who do hunt purely for the joy of killing something,and have no respect nor apreciation the resource that they are taking a toll on,they do not deserve the privilage to do so.
as a hunter i cant say that i can pick sides but anti gun and anti hunter groups really shouldn't associate all hunters as being illiterate hicks,rednecks,and cold-blooded killers bent on the destruction of the pursued species.
most hunters are naturalists at heart and have a greater apreciation and understanding for the enviroment around them then the average joe schmoe.and without the money collected from liscences,federal duck stamps,and habitat stamps that pay for the purchase of lands necisarry for breeding and rearing of the young of those species, ,most of the game animals pursued by todays hunters would be barely clinging to existance.
Well your theory on store meat is good but , I will take wild meat any day over the chemicaly altered store meat and how it effects my children .prime example growth hormones in beef are being passed on to us if ya want buy free range I suppose but who can afford it with the price of milk and other stuff. Maybe you city folk should stay in your own world and we will stay in ours and we will all get along better.

Why would I hug a tree? If they cut it down, I hope they plant another one. I like giant sequoias and other cool looking trees. I like that trees add oxygen, animal habitat, and scenery, too.
I think that animals would prosper more without hunters. Hunting to conserve animals sounds like an oxymoron. Animals are becoming extinct, worldwide, due to hunting and poaching.

cows, chickens and pigs are not hunted, they are bred for us to eat, so that we no longer have to go hunt them. And why do you need to eat duck and venison? You don't. How many hunters have the antlers propped up as trophies? or have the animals stuffed to show off?? PLENTY OF THEM.
cows, chickens and pigs are also shot up with hormones and god knows what else, all the shit in there is bad for you. there is nothing like natural fat free venison, squrril,duck , or rabbit. there is nothing wrong with a hunter displaying his trophy buck.

Im from australia, Here we go out on lakes or stalk dams, but this looks like a lot of fun.
Oh and easy to say "terrible shooting" when your not there. Im sure you would have 100% accuracy everytime you go hunting. Fuck up dickheads.

Looks like fantastic action. I've waterfowled a few times in NW Saskatchewan. Seaducks look like one heck of a challenge. I can't wait to try it!
