  • My 3yr old dog was born normal and due to an irregular ear canal has had the zepps lateral ear canal resection and this has left his right ear deaf. Its been 10months since his first op and now his left ear is playing up and he will be going under the knife again and i assume he will be deaf afterwards. Me and my husband have spent nearly $3000 this year alone on him and i dont want to give up on him and just chasing some tips on how to prepare him for once his deaf his 1 of 4 dogs we own

  • I have a deaf dog, too. My problem is that she doesn't have a long attention span so she won't concentrate or focus long enough so I can train her properly :/

  • Excellent video.........I also have a deaf dog that i have trained and they way i train is very similar to you. However vibrations do not work with my dog but she has lernt to use eye contact very well. You can checkout her video here at youtube.
