I find it funny how these companies portray their 'customers' ie victims, as respectable middle class people, when in reality the only people dumb and feckless enough to use it live in a council house, surrounded by 4 to 6 screaming kids, house and garden is a tip, obes, reeking of fags and cheap booze, living off benefits, watching reruns of top gear on dave.
