Tim Taylor would set his house on fire for HIS audience. you are dropping the ball Adam. lol great video. Nothing like hiking all day and not being able to start a fire because everything is damn. looks like that stuff would dry any kindling out for you.
Very through review. Impressive product. I was a little surprised when you quoted the price at $7.95. If they can be cut into smaller pieces and still be usable, I bet those things will be difficult to keep stocked at B2B. I went to the site and noticed it was advertised as "Never expires! That’s right! Our new fire solution will retain its effectiveness even after prolonged and direct exposure to oxygen and water!" So I guess that means a very long shelf life :)
First off, thanks Adam, for taking the time to review my product. Secondly, I want to let you know i will be sending you out a few more very soon, free of charge. I'm glad you enjoyed playing with these things. I found the best way to use this product is actually to just burn the disks all at once in the tin and remove once your fire is self sustaining.
Hey just a suggestion, I think you should wear light-color clothing because most of your tabletop reviews seem to be very dark and I have to push up my brightness. If you wore light color shirts, I think it would be a lot easier on the eyes so squinting wouldn't be necessary. Just a suggestion. Great video though.
Murray's Beeswax and a bag of cotton balls will burn allot better. I burned one cotton ball that lasted 17 minutes. Plus you can use the beeswax for other usess, like lip balm, rust pervention, ect...Not knocking the iteam. It's a good thing to have, plus you can use the can latter to make char cloth. I'm just saying....
@futhermucker1 If you burn them in the tin and put them out by replacing the lid when your fire is sustainable, you end up with char cloth, to be stowed separately for later use.
that looks really great. love the fact how easy it is to store and tear of just a piece to use. ordered one even b4 the end of the video lol. good stuff, thanks adam

lol what's the deal man? start cranking those spring knife test videos out, I wanna see how those condor knives preform.
Cool product, but from watching this, "Wetfire" cubes seems to burn more efficiently, especially in water.
