  • Oh, my childhood! :D I've missed you!

  • 0:45 Tigger became so scared that he fart! XP

  • Come on guys, why do we have to complain so much about the voices? Let's just be happy and enjoy Winnie the Pooh! :( Yes, I remember the original too, but the new voices fit just as well; just be happy they haven't changed the characters themselves!

  • I'm okay with John Cleese narrating, but the rest of them are just... wrong.

  • I'm glad I still have the originals on VHS. Someday I hope I can digitize it. Because those original voice actors are irreplaceable!

  • hahaha

  • screw the modern version. The original version has always and will be the best of all our childhood :3

  • @Deathwasheer I myself treat them both with equal respect as the best of the disney animated canon, but hey, that's me!

  • Oh yes! This was my favorite my movie as a kid. I will get this when it comes out. Thanks! :)

Did Christopher Robin just say "What's up?"?!!

    O TEMPORA! O MORES!

  • I'm John Cleese, best know for playing Bazil Fawlty in Fawlty Towers...

  • hahaha

  • @haylz27 I Agree 100%

  • I miss the classic Disney films. Why can't Disney make movies like The Lion King again? Everything is either 3D or remakes. Disney please go back to what you were best at. :)

  • @haylz27 Dude! They haven't stopped making them! The recent gap with no 2d movies has only been 5 years starting from 2004-2009. In 2009, they came out with Princess and the Frog. That was only two years ago!

  • @theshire2001 I plan to go to Disney someday. I have GREAT new ideas for 2D films, even an idea for a new Disney classic.

  • 3 people jump, don't bounce ;)

  • I prefer the classics personally. They changed the dialogue, the emotion, and they shift endings for these 2 minute vids.

  • ...so, why did they have to replace the voices in order to re-release this on the Blu Ray? Wouldn't it have been better (and cheaper) to just use the original Everything and just add a new intro? This confuses me...not that its that bad, it just seems rather unnecessary...

  • @clayrox117 Have the same feeling. But i think its because the children would not understand why the characters have other voices. They voices are being replaced in the other countries too.

  • @clayrox117

That would be called dedication. Something the old Disney had.

  • @clayrox117 I DOUBT it's meant for the actual blu-ray, it's only promotion and temporary revamp with the new voices.

  • @clayrox117 Calm down, would you? I'm fine with all the re-dubs, and besides, if

you like the original voices better, Kanga's voice hasn't changed at all

  • @seangreag haha, have no fear, I am calm, I'm just stating my opinion. And I am glad that you are able to do the same. And I respect the fact that you are fine with the re-dubs, there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. And yes, its not the biggest tragedy in the world or anything. But I feel that I takes away from the original masterpiece. Not that the new stuff is bad, but it will never be able to compare with the original (at least, in this case).

  • @seangreag And about Kanga's voice, now it just seems out of place with all the new voices. You can clearly tell that it is a re-used line instead of a new one, which makes it stick out. (And I am still calm, don't worry, hahaha. I hate negativity in youtube comments)

  • @clayrox117 Well, I think the reason they wanted to do redubs is because Disney

wanted these clips to sound more modern like the Pooh movies we watch today compared to the older cartoons. The only redubs I really don't like are the voices of

Rabbit and Piglet. They sound totally wrong, you know what I mean?

  • this recoloring and voice replacement crap is just downright offensive

  • @DugOLas The 'recoloring' is simply remastering the video to look sharper, nothing more. The dubbing, however, is perplexing. I'm not really sure why they're doing it. Not that I don't like Jim Cummings, he's fantastic, but I'm sure Paul Winchell's doing barrel rolls in his grave.

  • Thy better not replace all the voices when they release this on Blu-ray, I'm a huge Jim Cummings fan and all but don't mess with Disney's history, it's just not right

  • i have this story I LOVE IT!

  • Love it, but why bother redubbing? Why get rid of the original voices? The new ones were because they matched the originals. why do that if you were just going to replace them?

  • How come they didn't get a new voice for Kanga?

It seems so out of place.

  • Why doesn't anybody like the new voices? Jim Cummings = AWESOME!

  • @MichaelSar12IsBack I agree, they're close enough to me.

  • @MichaelSar12IsBack I liked it, and I don't mind, even for John Cleese the Narrator of the current Pooh movie, he's the best Pooh narrator in my opinion.

  • I'm trying really hard to like the new voices, but, I just don't know. They're similar, but there's enough of a difference to bother me.

  • The new voices are just.....wrong. They aren't the same

  • @kjr5horses No, they aren't wrong. :P

  • Still dont like the replaced voices. They are good, but it feels wrong.

  • Classic!
