best ending of The Chase i've heard. He uses pedal more than other pianists but it's very effective.

Compared to other recordings, The Chase sounds maybe too fast and hounded but actually Pollini is the only one following Bartok's tempo of 160 for the half measure, that is actually extremely fast.
