The weapon C explosive missiles is the best weapon in Contra he inflicts 3 times more damage than L the laser

the weapon C inflicts 100% damage and L 33% damage !

and other weapons inflict much less.

I played this game on an emulator, for the first time in almost 15 years. I did not realize just how much this game, especially th top down mode, probably influenced the line of FPS games that started to become popular in the mid 90's. This game also has lot in common with Halo and COD:MW. The Halo aspects are that you fight both on Earth on in the Alien home world and you duel wield, the COD aspects would be the lack of armor or shields and the ability to fire while completely prone.

Is this tool-assisted? I'm familiar with the weapon-switch technique, but I'm not aware of being able to fire the spread shot that quickly due to such speedy alterations. I just finished my no-death hard run on this, and used the spreadshot very often, alongside that technique, and the rate at which you're alternating seems way too fast.
