Can someone tell me if your allowed to go in when you're 20? With somone 21+? I'm a tourist and would like to go, but don't know if it is possible, if it isn't does someone know another rooftop?
Expensive? not at all. If I remember right, entrance is free, there is an elevator up to the bar, you pay for cocktails (and yes I found them quite expensive respect to Italy..)
