I think you are a very brave young lady to do these videos and I am very proud of you sharing your plite in life with dentures. I am going to get about 16 teeth pulled top and bottom , I have diabetes and since developing type 2 my teeth has just went to hell even though I took very good care of them. Finally with encouragement from my dentist recommedations I am having all them pulled at the end of this month.
The only thing i worry about is there not going to fit right the wax hurt my upper gum and my lower he sayed he can fix that but it would do no good until they get ready to make the dentures so well see how things go blah wiating sucks.anyway catcha later alagater.....:) John
I feel your pain I had 16 bottom and 16 top pulled lucky for me i had the tops pulled firt then a year later i had the bottoms pulled and that was over a year ago so now im going thrue the prossess of geting the dentures 1 visit at a time lol ....sucks realy bad but the next visit will be the 24th of may just befor my birthday on the 28th woohoo anyway Im at the point where they put the teeth in wax then i go back for a check up then i hoep next time i get my dentures.
was there holes when they were all removed? like when you get wisdom teeth out there are holes, or did they somehow sew them closed? do you have a video on the surgery/removal of teeth?
hey girl love ur vidz! just got my immidiate dentures in yesterday they pulled all the teeth out in like 30 mins including the wisdom teeth. i was in pain that was unbelieveable now its day 2 n im feelin alot better. still tender n very swollen but alot more managable.

Do your gums close down on each other? Or does the muscle keep them from doing so? Because I heard that it's hard to eat without your dentures in because it's such an effort to even make your jaws close...

I think you are very strong going through what you went through. My grandmother had her teeth removed at 29 yrs old, She is 82 now and says she had many infections also. So she had them all taken out and got dentures. Good luck with your health and keep your head up. Your pretty cute looking also. :)

@ThisIsRickyGervais i have diabetes, and my teeth were causing many infections in my mouth which caused my daibetes to get worse and harder to maintain. now my blood sugars are doing fie and i have a nice full set of teeth! :)
@nerdgirlism :( what age did you lose all your teeth around? You're 22 if I am correct or that is what your profile said... Don't you have roots of teeth or any teeth maybe wisdom teeth, if you were in a bad case why didn't you choose root canal were you experiencing severe gum disease and that was the primary cause of your tooth loss.
