Very weird video. There were some pics shown, which are definetely taken before Kadyrov's rise to power, even some pics of Russians. No-one can proof, that dead people in this video are a job of Kadyrov. Personally, I think that Kadyrov is the best thing happened to Chechnya for long time. Surely he isn't a saint, but he has bringed order and prosperity to Chechnya, and nowadays people can live there quite normally, especially in Grozny.
