  • Wat kinda siren u got

  • @h0nda03 Its a Whelen siren box

  • lol nys light law FTW haha. we cant have siens or red tho :/ deputy cheifs can have red in povs, ff-blue, emt/ems-green. and eather are allowed white, amber. i want a siren so bad but i cant use it so wth :/ ima get an air horn hopefully i gotta talk to some ppl 1st make sure its ok.

  • Quick question, do you actually need like approval or something from the police just to have red LED dashboard light on your car?, I live in FL as well and I would like to just get a dash light for the hell of it even tho I am not a vol FF or EMT. Please reply

  • @dva511 Technically since led lights are clear when not in use you can display them in your vehicle. They just have to be used "off road" ie car shows. Buuut every time you get pulled over your going to be questioned by the officer about why you have them. And some cops my give you a really hard time over it. Hope this helps thanks for the question!

  • @Jordan3259 Thanks, and yeah if I buy it I wont have it in the car all the time just in case since I live at Miami maybe some cops might give me a hard time.

  • You have no intersection lighting?

  • @nrps801 Nope simply because FL only allows one light in the back and one in the front. This video was just random when we were bored in GA and filmed it. We cant even run sirens in our POVs in FL. I just have it to have it lol thanks for the comment

  • way to not clear the intersection...perfect example of why only trained professionals should be allowed to drive emergency vehicles...

  • @jdwilliams2500 Good sir this is in the Middle of No Where, GA more of a demo. and I had a clear view of the whole intersection. I'm a trained professional and I know my EVOC None the less thank you for your comment and concern for keeping the roads safe I fully agree with you! Again this is more for showing off the vehicle :)

  • FUCK DELAWARE. we only get white lights. chiefs get blue. absolutely no siren/air horns/electric audible devices.........

  • sounds so fake .

  • @Cp14637 Not fake lol

  • In NC we are not allowed to run siren unless you are a ranking officer or higher. But they also do not require any special type of light. Just make it visible. Most other firefighters run bar lights and strobes,

  • you can a Siren all we get are lights.

  • well i have a siren box for the pa and the air horn thats all i can use also this was just a demo of what the car could do if Florida aloud me to respond like we should be lol some states do allow volunteers to use sirens though

  • In SC we can have lights & sirens but if you want to run intersections then the lights have to be 360 degrees (a lightbar on the roof or a beacon or something)

  • Yea i wish it was like that here!

  • was the call right there cause you shut down pretty soon ;-)

  • Yep I was really close to that one! :)

  • Well that was a fast one! lol

    Pretty cool man

  • Yes that was a fast one!

  • In Michigan our rule is that if you run lights on a POV you MUST have a siren. And a light must be on the roof, visible for 360 degrees 500 feet away under normal conditions.

  • many states are like that lol but Florida stinks they say one light in the front and one in the rear. No light can be on the sides.

  • @Jordan3259 i wonder why i think it would be safer for you to be able to use one on sides and sirens it just makes it more dangerous for you.

  • @Jordan3259 indiana we can have blue lights for firefighters and emts can run green lights. on top or inside the car. No sirions an cant speed, run redlights or stop signs. its called a curticy light....
