The Arab neighors of Israel choose to make their own problems by attacking Israel in 1948and then failing to absorb the resulting refugees. The Arabs left their own people to languish in camps, a problem that continues to this day, Hezbollah and Hamas would rather launch rocket attacks from Gaza then get on about living in peace, form their own government, build an economy, educate their children etc.
