on your way to tenpenny towers, look left when you get to a ditchy looking area (generally has raiders) but look left you'll see a big building go to that (not the town cuz that part is infected with raiders) but to the big building and thers the outcasts thers a gril named morgan talk to her about ways to help then talk to casdin and yiu get a side quest that results in alot of stimpacks 556 ammo or radaway your choice but they take any power armour except reg B.O.S.....

The brotherhood outcast are the real brotherhood of steel in fallout 3 as they find tec and following the true goals for the bos and the oath. the captail wastland brother hood of steel in the citdale are mostly not brotherhood of steel faimly soliders but liek locals joined up as bos in the west wotn help them for tratiroing the oath of the bos if outcast get connact to the western bos elder lyons will be excuted

They are Brotherhood of Steel Outcasts, hence the name Brotherhood Outcasts they are not from enclave.

the outcasts are people who left the brother hood of steel because they started helping the wastelanders instea of doing their job they have fort independance near the south end of the map and appear in operation anchorage you can aslo see them patroling the wastes looking for pre war tech

You can join the brotherhood but. not the outcasts you can become good friends and they let u in without attacking you but.. dont think you can join them ^^

the brotherhood outcasts r awesome on the downoadable content for 360. if there actually war a nuclear war and i managed to survive i'd team up with the brotherhood outcasts, build a city, and drop off packages of food, medical supplies, and some small guns and leave directions so that people could know where we were to come and live a safe life being protected by us, i'd also put out a lot of snipers in case someone wanted to try to take over the city but the invaders would be killed in seconds

they are on the 360one of there patrols saved my ass from the enclave when they first started showing up around the wasteland ( didnt expect to run into a rocket launcher supported by 4 plasma rifles it was bad i lost dogmeat that day)

it is but you need to have power armor training to use it

go to the citadel (pentagon) but the main quest leads u in. otherwise u cant get in. Tal to elder lyons for permission. hes old guy. After he says yes (which he does) go to paladin gunny and as him to train u.
