those "gold" chips doesent weigh much more than a few ounces, not worth 10000 dollars, one ounce back then was probably 750 dollars

@gix500 They aren't the gold chips, they didn't want to hand them 10k each and whoever won got all stacks, they used the coins to represent that the winner will get 100k. The coins are no value at all, if you can tell. They will give the winner 100k, not the 10 coins, they just do that for the show.
