OMG my guinea pig died a few weeks ago, she was named coco, too, AND she was also two years old! how wierd, also she was a birthday present from my mom AND I had been wanting to name one coco.She died of something respiratory also. This makes me cry so much!
Aw its so sad, Coco was a runt of the litter so he didn't have a very good immune system, I have had other guinea pigs who had URI's and survived through them x
These cages are what they live in at night, during the day if its nice outside they spend the day happily in their outdoor runs or if its cold/or wet they spend floor time in my room. I think after having owned Guinea Pigs for so manys year I would know what size cage they need. I haven't got room space for massive cages, the cages they have now are bigger but nothing like these massive cages people create. So please don't imply anything. He is dead now anyways so no need to come out with that
I currently have 5 guinea pig, Cinnamon, Basil, Fennel, Barney & Jasper. I have something out that several bottles can be attached too if inside, if they are in their mesh run, its obviously where to place the waterbottle there
I still miss Coco terribly, thank you all for the comments. I now have another guinea pig named Cinnamon, I see Coco in him so much, so in away I feel he is still with me.
I'm glad yourselves and you guinea pigs liked Coco's Story. It was a real shame about him as I have had a few guinea pigs and there was just something about him that made him so special. He didn't deserve to get sick and die because he still wanted to live but he just couldn't fight anymore. :( I still always think about him

Coco will always be loved! as i can see you loved him dearly and he should be proud he got to know someone that took great care, unforutunately you couldn't help him stay longer but he is in good hands now! - I also brought my guinea up to watch it, infact she watched it when she was eating her carrots =)

i loved ur story. i used 2 have a Rabbit and a Guinea Pig. my Rabbit Fluffy had head damage and a stroke so she had 2 get put down {sleep permantly}. i waz shaking while on the way home and in bed. i stayed off skool. and when i got back, every1 found out about Fluffy and LAUGHED at me. i cried more. my Guinea Pig, Sally died on my mum's birthday. i cried even more. i loved so much. im an animal lover. i felt guilty 4 their deaths.
